    Descendants of Slavery file $1B suit

    Descendants of slaves on Monday filed a $1-billion lawsuit against British insurer Lloyd's of London and American tobacco giant R J Reynolds, accusing them of profiting by committing genocide against their ancestors.

                  In fact, It was Africans that enlsaved their own people. They were constantly fighting territorial wars in the 17 & 1800's, and winners enslaved the people they conquered. They always had more slaves they could use, and if they couldnt sell them, they just killed them.

                  Slaves brought to America were purchased from these warlords, and recieved FAR better treatment than their former owners would have ever given them. The ones bought by Americans were the lucky ones.

                      if there's any former slaves still alive... they deserve some loot...
