well you have 12 wmvs in there, gonna kill you in bandwidth. i dont like that background color i would change it. plus you need more text, tell them about the benefits of the site your promoting. also take the 4.95 off the link at the bottom.

1) Don't worry about taking prices off. Here's one of my BEST converting galleries: http://www.creamshots.com/newgal/3ONLYlatin37.html

2) Try to have at least some portion of your ad displayed on 800x600 resolution. As it stands, if somebody gets that gallery on that resolution .. They're likely to download the movies, and move on. At least make them see what you're selling.

The thumbs are to small, better make thre rows. Both rows of thumbs look the same, so its boring. Better put up less thumbs but more diffrent.

The blue on the orange doesn't work very well with my eyes.
Nothing on the gallery that makes me excited or makes me wanna click anything.

I threw in 12, 10-second clips. How large should a single clip be??

Lots of factors to consider there.

You can either make small movie galleries, like you've done .. Small clips and lots of them.

Or large movie galleries. 2-4 clips that are longer.

I do 3 x 20 seconds each, personally.

you need variety, those pics look as if they are the same exact ones, and you don't need that many vid clips, most people do 3-6 clips
