      Probably unlicensed for sure. I bet Lightspeed doesn't like people stealing their content to promote someone elses program.

                          It's the Beastie Boys "Girls" and I HIGHLY doubt that they licensed the song to Lightspeed for use in their banner.

                          I also doubt that GTS got the license to use a Metallica tune in their banner.

                                  I am doubting they have a license either, but then again the Beastie Boys are pretty cool cats. They give songs away on the net all the time as MP3's.

                                      Giving your tunes for people to listen to is one thing. Another company stealing your songs and using them in their advertising and promotions isn't cool. You really think that the Beasties would be down with that?
