I suggest you go ahead and drop the domain now, give it over to him and just chalk it up to ignorance...accept this lesson now or be prepared to accept a harsher one within a very short time.

What you should expect is a C&D...honor it like I said give up the domain.

If you don't, what you will expect next is to be image sourced to the point that your server will melt.

Your host will probably have no choice but to dump you anyway and then stick you with the high bill.
