The guy deserved it, he pushed the guy's face with his forearm. That push is damn close to a punch; it was meant to hurt him. I think they showed the upmost restraint. I had to replay the video a couple of times just to be sure of this.
First, when the fight actually started, it was 4 on 1. Spidey was NOWHERE to be seen (possibly still at the front desk). Daniel, T.J. Cox, the little guy and the cameraman were all there. Obviously the cameraman didn't do anything. I couldn't tell if the little guy was kicking the guy while he was down. I don't think so, but I couldn't really tell.
While there is no doubt this guy deserved to get his ass kicked, my question is why, if Daniel had knocked the dude down with one blow, did T.J. Cox have to jump in and pound on him while he was down? Shouldn't that have been Daniel's job?
If Spidey was around to jump in, I could certainly have appreciated others getting involved.
Not passing judgement, just asking a question.
P.S. I could have sworn that Spidey was Kiefer Sutherland. He gave the best line in the whole video too.
