    Diet/Sobriety: DAY 8 Last post for a week or...

    Everything is going great. I'm going to get more serious about the diet now that I'm over the withdraws and the initial pain of the workout.

    Lost 4lbs.

    Since I'm sure you're all tired of my threads, I'll just start posting weekly....if I make it another week.

    Naltrexone is a great drug if you need help stopping the alcohol cravings. Its not like anti-abuse medicine that makes you sick when you drink. This just takes away your cravings.

                          Got tired of being 50lbs over weight, waking up with a hangover almost everyday, and having ashitty relationship with kids/wife because I was either drunk, hungover or snoring and choking due to my sleep apnea.

                          BTW, sleep apnea has disappeared since I stopped drinking.
