Why stop drinking? I could see stop smoking cigs cause that will kill you but mj and drinking every once in a while isn't too bad for you.SIG TOO BIG! It was ambitious of you to try all at once, don't be discouraged, take them one at a time. I quit smoking cigs 2 years ago and replace with weed, then quit pot about 2 months ago. Good going man

excellent move man. Most people who say they know how bad smoking is, really have NO CLUE how desastrous it really is. They think of lung cancers and think that's it, but that may be only a few percent of the diseases smoking causes. Smoking is unfavourably related to almost any disease you can think of. To name one, virtually all smokers develop <a href="http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/dci/Diseases/Copd/Copd_WhatIs.html">COPD</a> in the course of time. I hope this helps you a little to quit this habit.Comment
