yeah, it never works for me tho. I can go about a 6 pack of beers and not need a smoke. But when I hit that 7th beer... I'm wanting a smoke bad.

Good luck, you will feel much healthier shortly. I also am undergoing similar stuff and I can tell you that you can do it

If you're not already doing it, hit the gym 3 nights a week and work out that extra energy you will have to promote even more health and live longer life.

the cravings are still there but i keep thinking to my self " wtf i have came this far why give up and start again ? " ... the first two three weeks are the hardest

for me it was anyways
