          The content looks good and original. Congrats!

          The paysite's design looks more of the free site style. With all of those links and things to check out on the front page the surfer could get lost and end up not joining. You should try another design that just points them to a tour and join page option rather than all that other stuff. (I dont even see the tour link on the front page)
