its a police dog training, and its real...
these dogs go through far worse than watching a cat walk past them.
they go through full on military style field raining with live explosions and sirens and smoke screens and busted water facuets, to train them to get used to things, or whatever may come on duty.

"The photograph of the cat walking across in front of a line of GSDs was taken at the Metropolitan Police Dog Training Establishment at Keston in Kent. The dogs were lined up ready for a photograph to be taken when the cat walked across - this was not staged.
