"People sell pictures of 'priceless' pics"

1) They are not nude photos of models. They do not require 2257 information. They arent legal, but they arent in the adult business so it's comparing apples and oranges.

A lot of them are nude, and whilst they are not porn they are still not work safe- so I consider it Adult.

2) Beleive or not, someone owns those pictures/movies you download on kazaa. So put yourself in the other persons shoes (it could very well be people who are a member of this board) You start up a site, work your ass off, promote your biz, etc. Then someone steals your work and charges people for it.. is that okay? Of course not. It's copywritten material, the internet is not the wild west.
Look, I just asked a question. I'm not here to fuck you or anyone else, but if that's what you want to see... Hell, I don't even have a site up yet- that's why I asked. To understand those part of the business that are rather hazy.

3) Adult sites have to be individually approved by VISA, the days of stealing content and charging memberships are LONG gone. You have to maintain a chargeback ration < %1 or else you lose your ability to process transactions online.
Thanks.

Too late.
