consumption junction uses the loophole in the law that states that they just republish things that have already been circulated
plus they have an in house lawyer that could probably put most porn lawyers to shame...an in house lawyer helps a little bit
and also, some of sites you are referring to are hosted in places that are not protected byt the same laws you abide by
