I've tried helping you, but let me put it to you straight.
You are asking a fucking retarded question that would be clearly answered and explained had you done any amount of research what so ever. You are asking questions that are completely newbie, and you have received a lot of help. But when you lash back at people and call them 'n00b', it makes me feel sorry I spent any time trying to help you at all. Don't get angry at other people cause they arent willing to spoon feed you. The information about this subject is out there, go READ it. google.com has more information about this industry then you'll ever be able to read, but you could atleast try and educate yourself about the basics before you ask questions. Questions should be used wisely, as tools to help guide you through your path. Questions aren't a tool for the lazy, no one will spoon feed you.

1) They are not nude photos of models. They do not require 2257 information. They arent legal, but they arent in the adult business so it's comparing apples and oranges.
2) Beleive or not, someone owns those pictures/movies you download on kazaa. So put yourself in the other persons shoes (it could very well be people who are a member of this board) You start up a site, work your ass off, promote your biz, etc. Then someone steals your work and charges people for it.. is that okay? Of course not. It's copywritten material, the internet is not the wild west.
3) Adult sites have to be individually approved by VISA, the days of stealing content and charging memberships are LONG gone. You have to maintain a chargeback ration < %1 or else you lose your ability to process transactions online.
I could go on, but I really feel like this is begining to be a waste of time explaining things to you. GOOGLE is your friend, use it before you make an ass of yourself.
