2) Beleive or not, someone owns those pictures/movies you download on kazaa. So put yourself in the other persons shoes (it could very well be people who are a member of this board) You start up a site, work your ass off, promote your biz, etc. Then someone steals your work and charges people for it.. is that okay? Of course not. It's copywritten material, the internet is not the wild west.
3) Adult sites have to be individually approved by VISA, the days of stealing content and charging memberships are LONG gone. You have to maintain a chargeback ration < %1 or else you lose your ability to process transactions online.

Consumption Junction isn't some site in the corner of the internet. The owners/operators post here regularily. They use FREE SPONSOR CONTENT to promote porn sites. Ever notice how on every page that has free porn they have a zillion links going to the porn site that it came from? Did you think that was an accident? They are promoting that web site as an affiliate.
They do NOT steal content. Don't mix up a stand up team of webmasters like the CJ crew with your shitty "download from kazaa and charge people" tactics.
