The Worst Host I've Ever Been With

This a warning to anyone who is thinking about using Gighost as their hosting solution. I have several account with them and about 7 months ago i decided to cancel two of them. I set email after email to their support email, billing email,sales email, all have been disregarded. I contacted on of the guys who work there on ICQ and told him i had been trying to close these account with them for over 6 months. His reply was "yes we will do it right away. That conversation was 2 months ago and they sill havent answered any email i have sent. So after thinking about what shitty service these dicks have given me i decided to cancel my large account there and find a new host. I once again emailed all three email addy's from the contact page on their site. This time all emails bounced and were returned undeliverable. Gighost is the sister company to Dynamic Hosting, so i emailed them and also got no response. They are continuing to bill my credit card even now that i have swiched to another host. I have exhausted all my options here other than calling my credit card company and have them chargeback to the date of the fist email i sen 7 months ago... FUCK GIGHOST and FUCK DYNAMIC HOSTING These guy are thieves and liars. I hope no one signs up with these fuckers. And i hpe the get whts comin to them

Go to : http://bbb.org/ and file a complaint against them. They are really helpful, have gotten me money a few times from companies that tried to fuck me, one of them a local webhost.

dude ... no idea what you're talking about, we've hosted several sites with them and redneckporn has been on their network for 5+ years. They are outstanding people and would never intentionally or unintentionally screw over. 1st.) settle your issues with anyone in private, and 2nd.) before coming onto a board where people have known them for years, think a little bit before insulting good friends of a lot of ours.

The only host ive ever been with who i can truly say sucked and was a scam.. was likewhoa... not only were they down half the time.. but my last bill after i canceled was an additional $700 which was not accounted for anywhere..

I have been with Dynamic Hosting for over 2 years. They are the best host I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Chad has bent over backwards for me to take care of some things for me and they are always willing to re-work deals, so you get the best price possible.

These people aren't thieves. And it saddens me to see such shit spread about them. Thats my

every click counts...

I was with a host back about 5 months ago who continues to bill me and will not cancel my account so i know how you feel.

However, that is why we have lawyers

SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

Ok this must be a misunderstanding - Chad and Jay who run these two companies are both totally upstanding guys who will do absolutely everything to look after their clients. I've been hosting with them for three years now and they have been nothing but helpful. I ran into a rough patch a while ago and couldn't pay my bills - they still hosted my stuff and let a couple of bills slide. I gotta say again this must be a misunderstanding because they are always on ICQ and have always answered my emails promptly. I could go on and on - they are the fucking bomb in my opinion.

I would completely recommed Dynamic Hosting and Gighost to anyone looking for hosting!

I agree with MicDoohan. I've got over 300 domains at Dynamic Hosting and they fucking rock my world.They would NEVER fuck anyone over. Top notch guys who run a very professional setup. I have a sneaky suspicion this might be a rival host playing very dirty, the name pipeking seems suspect to me.

Likewhoa sucked, I'll give you that... but they weren't really a 'scam' they just tried to do more than they were capable of and their customers paid the price... again and again.

I have 2 dedicated servers with Dynamic from a couple months and another 2 on 2 other data centers. Dynamic is the single place where u can get a managed dedicated server for the price of an unmanaged. I like the fact I can talk with Jay or Chad over ICQ and their service is very good.

I also had a virtual account with them an year ago. I cancelled that account without any problem. When I cancelled, my account remained active till the end of the month.

Judging by the posts on here, its pretty clear this one poster is some kind of nut ball. No host has 100% satisfaction, but its clear that DH and Gighost do a great job and certainly haven't screwed anyone over.

I know Gighost is an automated thing, so the guy probably doesn't know where the cancellation button is. doh!

Gighost fucking sucks. My sites didn't load and I cancelled my account. 3 months after I cancelled they tried to bill me for three months all in one charge.
