Feeling good. Finally over most the side effects of Naltrexone. Alcohol cravings are gone but still can't hang with friends. Need another week or so. Sucks 'cause we're going to miss 2 Christmas parties this week. I'm going to go to one on Saturday at a neighbors. We'll see if I can maintain.
Exercise program remains the same. My fucking stomach and pecs are screaming. Kind of a nice feeling.
