                  speaking of missiles, I was watching Discovery the other night and they were showing those russian made shoulder mounted missiles in Kosovo or somewhere. Those dam thinks were incredible for a shoulder mounted portable weapon. Heat seeking I believe. They were taking apatches helis down with them.

                              yea I've seen that before I belive there is another vid something like from the same test.. It's insane how fast that missle comes in. I don't even think the tank commander or a gunner would have the chance to bail out before it hit..

                                                      That's a negative. The TOW missle is always connected to the launch tube by very thin wires which are needed for targeting.
