One thing my father always told me, was when the getting is good, MILK it for all you can. Don't sit around waisting money thinking its never going to end, cause on things for sure.. it WILL end. So when you have the opportunity, take it for everything its worth that way when things may change in the future, you have took it for all you could and you have as much money as possible to do something new.
