diet/sobriety: Day 5
Headaches are gone and I'm feeling good. Need to drink more water. Constipation is killing me.
Had sushi last night. Not sure if thats on the diet or not. But it was gooood.
Down 2lbs.
Added more to hourly exercise routine that now totals throughout the day:
100 pushups
800 jumping jacks
200 situps
100 leg lift
stomach is killing me.
alcohol cravings are creeping back. Need to stay on the Naltrexone for awhile.
