Nah "outsourcing" here in NY is going to the corner early AM and picking up dy laborers for the day.
We used to that that all the time about 2-3 yrs ago when we had our warehouse and such and had big loads of books coming in.
Pay em cash. Feed em lunch. Best workers tbh. and hardest working.
