I have a brand new toilet that's throughput sucks because the city's sewage system is currently oversubscribed... the shitpipes that go from my house to the steet are excellent... But the city's network of shitpipes are just clogged with too much shit!!!
Are you suggesting that by simply tweaking my toilet or perhaps using a different toilet bowl cleaner I can make my toilet flush BETTER than a new toilet on a clean shitpipe network??
Sorry for the toilet analogy, but when you said cogentco it was the first thing to come to mind!!!
