Only one customer ever had anything negative to say and he appears to be happy now. All the other horn tooters are just random people starting shit for entertainment. Actually, you'll find more posts of customers saying to host with me then not. We'll no customer has actually said not to host with me.
And as for the name change, I thought the name Hosting.FM sucked from the begginig, so it was just a matter of time before we switched to Cologroup.com. I already had the name before we had the problem in November and all my customers where well informed of what was going on. I even have the same cell number and our billing address never changed. I did not run from anyone and we still have most of our customers because I was upfront.
Our company is solid, we do our best to make sure we have satisfied customers, and I am not going anywhere. I live in La Jolla and I love this place. You can stop by if you live around here or visit the area.
So if you are interested, but unsure, ICQ me and I will get you reference, URLs, what ever you want. You'd be suprised what level of support and dedication to making our customers happy there is in relation to the price.
