    Remember my ICQ disconnect problems? I found the cause, this is really bizarre

    After a while of this disconnect shit I started to see a pattern beyond my merely being away from the computer, and I set the sleeping mode to go into effect after 1 minute of no activity to check my theory. And guess what? My theory was well-founded. ICQ Lite, the crap, disconnects when my computer goes into sleeping mode.

              this is great news, because as you know, we all remember your ICQ problems quite well... much in the way we keep track of everyones MSN problems and AOL problems. you add a sense of completeness to my life with this new information that just cannot be described with mere words.

                  I am on a network, and all other internet-dependant progs continue to work fine when the computer shuts down the monitor (sleeping mode may not have been the correct term).
