ok heres an update so far
after about 5 hours i have sent 1600 uniqes
got 15 pending signups
i let you know after a couple more hours

forgot to add that per 1k of TGP traffic in general, not per 1k clicks.
With clicks i converted about 1:100 per one free SU.

yes, per 1k visitors. This geotarget ad placed in similar positon like yours generate to me something between 10-20% CTR from 1k visitors on my small TGP.
anyway i am really interested in your results, too.
