    DIET/SOBRIETY: Day 4

Morning workout is getting easier and I'll probably add more pushups to my hourly "heart starter" this weekend.

I slipped off the diet last night and had tomato soup and a grilled cheese.

    Lost 2lbs now.

Alcohol withdrawls have finally started. Massive headache, dry mouth, and constipation - man, thats the shits.

Hardest part is doing this during the holidays. We received 3 holiday party invitations yesterday alone. No way I can be around all the alcohol and food yet. Gotta hold out until Christmas.....or New Years....or March. Tired of showing up at my house in Costa Rica looking like a beached whale laying out by the pool....

Lots of vitamin B for the booze withdrawels

B12 I think is the main one that helps

Thanks. Started getting the shakes after working out this morning. Guess when the body is use to a 1/5 of gin/tequila/vodka every other day or so it takes awhile for the body to adjust.

Hang in there man! You're doing great. You can do this, easily. Soon the withdrawals will subside and you'll get stronger in the gym when those are gone. You'll be feeling like a million bucks in no time.....keep up the good work! Very admirable....

              xoxo,
