The traffic is done a waight system 1 being the slowest and 10 fast, so yes it can be changed.

What helps a lot is if the join form on the join4free page is visible on the console without scrolling.
What's even better is if you can use a remote box to send signups to the program. If you got some basic design skills, you can whip up a basic FPA with an integrated remote join box.
I've found it the more simple your FPA with the remote box is, the easier it'll convert for exit traffic. A few small pictures and a few lines of simple text telling the surfer to fill out the form to get instant access to "the archives" or whatever works very well.

Anything after that, you're clearing $0.75 a join.
