Just beat the shit out of him when he least expects it....don't be a snitch, because as stated above, the IRS will only red flag you if you call whining about this person. Or, get creative and find a way to get back at him, slowly, something very sneaky where you will never get caught but will cost him a lot of money and be a pain in the ass to fix for a long time. I'm sure you're a smart guy, payback is fun.....
