A local interior decorator stole a lot of money from me, (which I later got back through filing a bank fraud affidavit). He contracted out a few people to paint my house and do a few other things. The people he contracted out broke a few things like my chandelier. A few pieces of furniture I bought from him, had scratches, or had dints, or paint missing.
Right when I went to my attorney to try to sue him, he filed bankruptcy because apparently he has been doing this to other customers. So instead of getting refunds, and getting my things fixed, I'm fucked since he has me listed as a creditor.
Here is the thing, he is still doing business, under the table with other people. I don't think he should be able to do something like this, if he refuses to pay me back. How would I report him?
