    Buying old domain/site with pagerank

    I'm looking to buy an old domain/site very soon.

    Here are the requirements:
    The site MUST have been active for at least 2 years now.
    Must have at least a Pagerank of 4 on the homepage (preferably Pagerank 5).
    Must rank for some keywords/phrases in Google (even if those keywords/phrases are 2-3 words long and/or get little traffic).
