Sorry to be reposting this guys, but it seems we were given some pretty duff advice regarding what we could realistically expect to return from the sale of our sites - sory for looking like twats for those of you that expressed an interest previously, you must have thought we were insane!
Anyway, after almost 7 years online, Denise and Roo from DirtyBear.com have decided to call it a day and move on. As a result, our networks of adult sites and TGP?s are now offered for sale.
This sale comprises of two networks of adult subscription sites together with a third network of TGP sites, a buoyant affiliate program, numerous TGP submission partners, a 3G/WAP site, a significant volume of unique content, many hundreds of TGP Pages and several associated domain names and so on.
A full breakdown of the assets follows.
AWC Network
The first network of themed adult sites features 10 established and well-optimized sites which have been designed and built around specific niches and which benefits from the ability to sell multi-site subscriptions across the network (single site subscription for circa $20/month with multi-site membership available from circa $29/month) This is also true of the APA network, details of which follow shortly.
This network comprises of:
www.sole-purpose.com - foot fetish
www.thrustingladies.com - strap-on
www.andIswallow.com - oral / facials
www.thebackofher.com - anal / booty
www.dirty-fuckers.com - Hardcore
www.planetspanking.com - spanking specific
www.spitefullyyours.com - BDSM
www.lesbian-lipstick.com - lesbians
www.dressed4sex.com - uniforms / Lingerie
www.totallytitz.com ? Tits and boobs
These sites are all marketed through www.adwebcash.com which manages our affiliate program and which is also included in the sale. Currently Adwebcash.com has 409 registered affiliates promoting these sites on a 50-50 basis.
APA Network
In addition we have another subscription ?based network at www.adultproam.com which will be included and which has the following sites within its own network, all of which features unique content featuring amateurs and first-timers and which has never been exposed to our affiliate network ? so this will represent a significant opportunity to maximize revenues for whosoever purchases the group.

www.sexynia.com
www.bustyapril.com
www.foxyminx.com
www.kinkyadventures.com

WAP/3G
We also have a WAP / 3G site at www.celsx.com for sale together with 842 movie clips and 691 pictures already formatted for the web
Content
Each of the sites has lots of content and this will be sold on with each network.
Reason for sale
Unfortunately Denise suffered an industrial injury about two years ago which resulted in some spinal damage and despite her best efforts, she now cannot put off further treatment any longer. We all reach these crossroads in life and we are using this as an opportunity to take stock and move on in a new direction.
Sale information
Because of the impending surgery we are looking to sell our sites and spare domains in bulk. Having previously been poorly advised regarding their market value (and a big apology to those of you that already expressed an interest) we have now significantly reduced our financial expectations. We?ve built lots of sites but never sold any ? a genuine mistake!
Anyway, while we would like to sell the whole lot at once, we appreciate that this may not be appealing to many of the interested parties that we have already spoken with and we are therefore prepared to split the networks up into packages.
If you are interested in any / all of our sites and would like detailed information on visitor traffic, bandwidth and revenues, please feel free to contact us via [email protected]
Thank you for your interest, have a great weekend!
