    Terminator is real. How long before Skynet takes over the world?

    This is from Wired News - "Now, the Army is prepping its squad of robotic vehicles for a new set of assignments. And this time, they'll be carrying guns. As early as March or April, 18 units of the Talon -- a model armed with automatic weapons -- are scheduled to report for duty in Iraq."

                                                                      EMP defense weapns have been in lng use.
                                                                      I believe the Russians were the first to utilise such devices.

                                                                      Very effective against American weaponry.

                                                                      Problem is EMP works in a radius and is not really a targetable defense weapon till ne is near the target.

                                                                      EMP has a very limited range on a field.
