I would ask them to pay for my way to Vegas...especially the bus trip across town.

I'd of course try to talk them into a monthly pass...that way I could continue to benefit from it after the show.

Conventions are like crack. Once you go to one you want to hit them all. Meeting people, talking, and learning... it's really incredible.

I don't honestly see any benefit in going to a show other than the experience of travel.

I'm a little skeptical about what it would do for my business, though I am prepared to be proved wrong.

From what I have seen it's just a bunch of screwing around and hanging out.

But I don't know that from first hand experience.

So yeah, if someone sported me a trip there, I'd go. But I don't see myself going to a convention anytime soon.

I would still keep my ass at home which is what I chose to do instead of agreeing to go to Phoenix.

Then again, I have been in a hermit-like, disagreeable mood. Hopefully I'll get over it before the next big show.
