              Quality is very important.
              Price important but also depends on the project.
              Sometimes how fast they can do the job! So this would be reliability

                      If you start a paysite with a 500 $ cheap design, you are just wasting your time .

                              I dont think a site should be done to fast if you have a lot of content it takes time to make decent gallerys not to long though.. an adult designer has ore experience with tours etc
                              too lazy to find advertising for this sig space
