    Ok, I have to say it, it is just straight COLD in CALIFORNIA!

    I know, someone is going to post how cold it is in North Dakotah right now, but you people chose to live there.

    I chose to live in Newport Beach so I could be eternally warm.

    But it is just cold.

                      First off, I was born and raised in Minnesota (I know, sucks to be me as a kid). But when you're acclimated to desert like heat, when the temp drops into the upper 40s or even high 30's your body begins to shiver uncontrollably. And yes, it feels colder than shit here!

                                                                      It really sucks. The bad thing is that here in Mexico, most homes do NOT have built in heat.

                                                                      the house we are in has a heater that does not work, so we have had to buy a few space heaters.

                                                                      Now if we could just stop the cold air leaks.

                                                                                      I've been running heat regularly for a while now. My house was built in the '50s and I swear to God this place has no insulation. Within minutes after shutting off the heat, its cold again.
