I was just thinking about it yesterday... and decided to fiddle with some numbers.
Let's say sponsor #1 doesn't shave, and therefore can only afford to pay out $25 per signup.
Now, you send 1000 joins, at $25.. you get $25,000. That's not bad.
Let's say sponsor #2 does shave, on average of 15%. However, that means their payout can be higher, say $35.
Now, you send 1000 joins, and 15% doesn't show, so it's 850 joins at $35, that's $29,750.
