    www.collegeisthedevil.com , the preview can be seen at www.collegeisthedevil.com/demo . The first site Ive done is www.cafefrat.com and not even 3 months yet and it has PR4.

      The site should have a PR 4 at least in the first month, although i think this site will grow much faster because of what type of site it is.
