Airport improvement fee is (at YVR) has to be almost 5 years old now (or more?).

Toronto, Vancouver and most other major Canadian airports have them, the smaller airports are usually only $5.

The whole security fees are new (since 911).

The taxes are going down though.

I remember booking a flight for $90 ($45/ea way) and after taxes and fees it was $195. Still an amazing deal for the route, but lots of fees.
