Yupz....in those things it's quite normal to have the plumbing hanging there like it is....but it's fixable...

I recall a case a few years back when it was discovered some guy fitted a camera underneath one of those big gratings in a kerb and taped all the upskirts....needless to say they guy is getting assraped everyday now
