CANADIAN WEBMASTERS... need ur expertise!

I live in Toronto and want to launch a paysite... where should i go get incorporated in the U.S and do i have to have an American presence for ccbill or paycom to bill me. I've heard that Nevada and Delaware are the best places...... any comments are greatly appreciated.

I have a corp in Delaware, bank account in NY.

I processed partially thru Ibill, paying the 750.00 fee. After one year, Ibill wants to see a lease of place of business, a personnal lease, a US respondant living in the US and so on.

If you are starting, use Verotel or other EU processors with no fee. If it goes fine, do corp in the EU .

STAY AWAY FROM IBILL !!!!!!

I know that Asspimple is stoopid ... As he says, it is a FACT !

But I can't figure out how he can breathe or type , at the same time ....

Do I need to be incorped to bill with ccbill or paycom? and do know where are the best places to incorp in EU.. people are telling me Gilbriltar or Cyprus? Thanks man

Ya I'll give you some advice! seeing i'm in canada..

stay away from Dollarmachine.com
or python.com we leased content from them fro a few years for our paysites and sent traffic to there program as well but they shaved the fuck outta us.. morons!

so be boycotted them! idiots..also yourt going to find trouble with certain processors there corrupt.. my opinion..
I find it alittle to late to jump inot this business dealing with alot of dis-honest programs and con men.. good luck..

if you ever want alist on who the cheaters are I can post it. you know frauds.. it's pretty big list..

A US mailing address is no big deal since anyone can open up a mail boxes etc account.

If you incorporate in Nevada, you will need what is called a 'resident agent'. That is a person living in the state who will represent your company's presence, and accept papers on your behalf if your company is ever sued. I had a friend fill in for me, but there are many companies who do nothing but this. Do a google search on Nevada Incorporations.

I had my US attorney handle it all for me, or you can have a company handle it all. Out of pocket expenses are around $600, so dont get gouged too badly if you let someone else handle it for you.

With ibill, they will only send your check to that US address, so make sure that you have forwarding set up, or go with Ccbill.
