we are not in trouble, and we are not in any rush at all... 1.8 is a realistic figure for this program.. if I could sell it today for 1.8 would i? hell yea, if nobody is interested am i gonna freak out? hell no... epic is solid and its business as usual here....
Epic is a piece of realestate to me, an investment, you dont hold on to investments for ever do you? otherwise you never make money.
either way it doesnt really matter to me, just tossing it out there to see who is interested (3 so far)
and 3 million was a joke, i couldnt 3 mil for epic never expected to and wasnt even serious at the time.
as for what we clear per month, guess all you want, its really none of anyones business but the person who chooses to take this ofer seriously and puts thier money where thier mouth is.
