i have a few friends that live in Chandler and they like it... I have no idea why! It smells like cow shit everytime im out there and nothing is close by. but hey you'll get more of a house for your money...

YOu could find a house and goto a bank to try and get financed and before you get thru the bullshit your house you want is already sold...

Seen it plenty of times with friends who waited to get financed..

Know exactly what you got to work with, then go for it..
