    Spam me with a good hosting plan.

    I'm a newbie, but I've been reading a lot and have decided to go with paid hosting. Now, the problem is that i have no fucking clue as to what kind of plan I need. I don't get the whole virtual/dedicated thing only. My main focus is submitting to TGP's, having about 4 or 5 AVS sites and maybe doing the pic post thing. Is this a good start for me, or am i missing the bigger picture? So yeah, an affordable yet cheaping hosting plan would be much appreciated.

    ps. is it smart to go with a "bigger" package, seeing as how you get burned after going over your limit?
