not in german. "Geschlecht" and "Sex" have a totally different meaning.
Geschlecht means the gender or private parts
Sex means the action.
In german you cant say "Your sex is male/female". (Well, you can, but that has another meaning, too
It would mean something like "Your doing sex like a man")
