I am not so much fucked up right now because of my own personal feeling.

I know you remember her Juicy. She talks about you and Mr. Izzz all the time, said your conversations were very memorable (as well as the ones she had with Boneprone).

Imagine seeing her face when the Judge told her OVER THE PHONE that basically he didn't care how scared she was, this guy has work to do, and he will be allowed to do it without fear of arrest or harrassment. I am heartbroken. Seeing her face literally has brought me to tears. I am afraid to walk out of my office right now for fear that I will see this guy and...

Ironically, that is his side of the story.

The guy is 55 years old, a homeless alcoholic, no job, no car, no constant source of income, and he tries to convince the Police, the building owner, and now a judge that SHE and I are stalking him.

Un-fucking-believeable.

Unfortunately our legal system isnt always out to protect people from pricks like that. I didnt catch the initial thread but what is his doing exactly?

Few years ago , there was a suspicious lady walking around our neighborhood. I live next to a court and alot of kids on the block. Neighbors never seen her saw that she parked her car down the block and just walked as if she lived close by. My neighbors went to the cops but they basically said we cant do anything .

So two of the neighbors got her license number, found out she libed like 20 miles away, then went to her house and basically threatmed her and she never came back.

Search is broke, so I can't point you to it right now.

I'll try to keep it short...

This started almost 2 years ago. He used to come into the restaraunt she worked at. He is an alcoholic and he used to talk to her (I think) a lot about his life and struggles and because she is so nice and pesonable he took a likeing to her.

He began to come in several times a day on her shift only and sit in her section. She figured out quicky he was kind of a fruit and stopped waiting on him. He then began to mail her cards, letters, and gifts and talk about how he loved her and how their relationship is helping him go on with his lkife....blah, blah, blah.

Eventually, after she asked him to stop and he refused, the Managers told him not to come in anymore. He continued to come in there and send shit in the mail. It got to the point where if she saw him come in she would go hide in the break room and not come out until he was gone or told to leave again.

Then he started trying to approach her in the parking lot when she got in and out of her car. She always just sped off.

Fast forward to when I got involved now....

I finally found him aournd august of last year. Up until September of last year I was a police office here in Ohio. I saw him in the parking lot and as I was watching him she called my cell and told me he tried to come in and give a note to someone else to give to her.

I lost it. I got out of my van right there in the lot and well......we had some words. Actually, he didn't speak, something was pointed at the back of his head. After I let him go, and before he could get anywhere I called the local PD. I went to the academy with half of them and I know most of the department. I told them the "summarized" version of what had occured and they went and found him and had their own words with him. He was also "tesspassed from the restaraunt and surrounding parking lot. This should have been the end of it.

Fast forward again to just after we got back from Vegas this year. My partner and I decided to get an office becaus we could not get much done while sitting at home, too many distractions (he has an addorable daughter that no one can say NO to!) and I was usually all over Arika (or vice-versa) at my house. We picked an office building tight next to the place she works so we could be close.

Imagine my surprise about a week later when I walked through the door into the lobby and he was standing there smoking. I about shit, and told him to get the fuck out of there. He told me he worked there and he didn't have to leave.....

So, since then he has gone out of his way to do everything he can to get to her.

He follows us around the building. He goes in the WOMENS restroom after she uses it and jerks off. He LITERALLY sleeps up here just so he can see her walk in and out of the building. He sits in an office at the end of our hallway in the dark and watches us through the blinds. I have caught him standing outside my door listening to me while I am on the phone. It's relentless, it never ends.

I have been as legal as possible seeking help from everyone I though was supposed to be there for support and assistence. I relied on the same system I used to be a part of. The biggest reason I left the department last year was I was sick of seeing criminals get away with so much shit because prosecutors around here plea everything out so they can "win" as many cases as possible to garauntee them a job later in life in the private sector.

So, to continue...

This last weekend tis guy was caught by someone in another office looking a child porn on the computer. He immediately kicked the guy out fo the building. When the other business owner threw the guy's shit out for trash, I went through it. I found more letters to Arika and a picture he had drawn of her.

Because we knew at that point he was not supposed to be in the building anymore, we went down and applied for a protection order. When I spoke to the VA, they said we should qualify for an Emergency order which would protect her/us until the court hearing on the 6th of April. The judge took her in chambers and based on what she told him he held an emergency court session. She testified and then I did. He ruled for the protection order and they guy was served yesterday afternoon.

Last night I cam in around 6:00p.m. and he was sitting in the conference room accross the hallway. I called the police and they came out and got him right away.

And then this afternoon we got the call from the judge with the bad news. Everything since then has been kind of a blur.

Sorry so long, it was harder than I thoguht to cut it all down.

Our legal system is set up to protect the rights of criminals as they go through it.

This guy won't stop until he's dead. You know what you have to do.

Arika is your girlfriend I guess?


Let him see you guys doing as much as possible whenever possible.... you are most likely not part of his delusion....

so when he sees you guys not creeped out by him & instead rubbing it in his face that he can't have her & you can.... also save his letters and other junk for these periods and after you're done making out a little (on guard of course) --- but seemingly unphased by the guy.... throw his junk back at him at laugh. Call him a loser. Tell him he's pathetic. If he wants to hang around and stalk you guys, make it PAINFUL for him. But don't feed him with fear & show him he creeps you guys out.

He will be forced to show his hand.

Either he'll get sad and puss out and fade from the scene because it's no fun for him anymore....

Or hes a true madman and he'll try to actually harm you or her - and then he can spend some time in jail, or, depending on where you live... you can kill him in self defense.

For anyone who doesn't know what kind of person Juciylinks is, pay attention to this. He is talking to me on ICQ right now and is the only reason I have not considered this as not only a serious opiton, but actually acting on the thought.

Have you considered moving your office? I know it sounds like a pain but might work if you all get the hell away from this creep.

so either find a way to get in an altercation with him and threaten him physically, or bring a camera and satart taking pictures of him and instigiating a response until he touches you.

Well more like beating the shit out of someone and scare the living shit out of them at the same time. You don't whack them, just put them in place and let them understand you own them now.

Yes, we had decided to do that, but their are no suites open right now that fit our needs like this one does.

We actually have staggered our time of coming in here to avoid any bullshit for a few weeks now. Usually we come in late at night for this reason. Moving the office would be a small price to pay, and I would have done it last week but I was told all along that this guy actually worked in this building so moving the office would only be good for as long as it took for him to find the new suite we were in.

We found out last week that he really doesn't work here, just hangs around with people he knows and he told one of the people he needed "seclusion" to write a book. That's how he kept getting in the building after-hours.

I hear some people actually do that for a living...

a couple of things to keep in mind, dont initiate any physical contact. dont even touch the guy on the shoulder. that can be used against you in court.


then make sure you always have a bat or something nearby just in case he comes by your car or house. buy arika some mace too.



and if shit gets any worse, i'll come out there.

Ironically I specialized in surveillance for seven years prior to going into adult sites. I have all the toys.....Pager cams, walkmans, wireless clock radios, all that stuff. I have thought of many a way to get into it with him, but never found an opportunity when I actually had something with me. Actually just gpt a very small camcorder that fits in her purse and I have the pager cam hooked to it, but I pray that he never gets that close to her again.

I think at this point an altercation is inevitable, it's just a matter of when and where. He will not back down, this much I know. He is completely dillusional about her. He told the police last night that they love each other and had a 2-year relationship. According to him I am always getting in the way...LOL...

They never buy his BS, they've heard so many different things from himt hey know he's crazy too. Having the protection order was something they can finally use to lock him up each time though.

Without going into great detail about, I have threatened him before.....It only made it worse. The kind of threatening I did would have convinced any sane person to not come within a mile of me or her, but apparently he proved himself not to be sane on that one.

I know what you mean about the physical contact. Unfortunately because of my background (meaning my last filed of employment befor I got into adult sites) I cannot afford to put myself in a position of "intentional" jeopardy. I have already been warned by the PD, the prosecutor, and my attorney that this issue will be brought up at the trial.

You and Juicy are welcome here anytime. Please send an advanced list of Guido'ish items we will need to have available to ensure your stay with us is as comfortable as possible. I have some hair gel and a phone contact for the 24 hour dry-cleaning place for Juicy, but I will ned to know your needs as well.

I think you're doing the right thing.

Part of me always thinks if I got a stalked I'd just up and leave and start a new life far away. But another part thinks that is akin to not reporting a rape. I may save myself but I'm just leaving the pyscho out on the streets to victimise someone else. It's always hard to know what you would do in the given situation But I hope I would see it through the legalities and get the headcase eventually locked up.

So the courts wount let you trick the guy into doing what he will probably do eventually anyway...

Instead, it only "counts" if he catches you off guard so you have a better chance of being hurt or killed.

That pretty much sums it up. As I look back now, I feel like shit for not acting/reacting differently to some of the encounters I had with this guy.
