I also learned that they don't setup any email addresses or MySQL databases for you. You have to do it all yourself.

Rackspace might have "fanatical service", but I can get pretty much the same thing for $800/month (or less) from adult hosts, a difference of at least $66,000+ a year.

Yep. With these prices they also have fanatical customers as soon as they find out prices elsewhere
