Ok, but compare PK to a blind-link free TGP with no ads - which one would you visit everyday? PK is LOADED with ads, good for making money but you WILL loose visitors in the end.

Don't go by what some 3rd party site like Alexa says.

Submit something to PK and see how her traffic rocks.

Fuck, it ain't rocket science.

Let HER worry about her site's traffic. I find her traffic is of a better quality that most TGP's anyway, and the last time I got a small free site listed on PK it got 20k per day for nearly a fucking week. Few TGP could match that, and even fewer could match the signups even with 3 times the traffic.

Ive made more money in downs than in the ups many times..

Sometimes you sacrifice traffic for sales, and then you find a balance inbetween.. Im not going to go into the dynamics of how our kinda free sites work.

BUt this Alexa shit Means fucking nothing..

I bet that site is at the top of its game at the moment even with the Alexa saying otherwise...

Quality TGP's and Linklist's are making more now than they have in the past 4 years..

The main frontend of PK is a link list, but she does have a fetish section, and a tgp section, she has decent traffic from all my experiences.. I wish she'd send us more to Epic Cash =)

You can't account for all my traffic based on one domain. There are several domains that all make up the same site. While Alexa may show a drop to the persiankitty.com domain, it shows an increase in the pk.com domain. People find they can type in pk.com and stop bothering with the whole name.

When the tpgs came along years back.. sure my traffic dropped, but my income and conversions got better. What traffic I lost to tgps wasn't buying anything.

After my first year in this industry I stopped using traffic as a gauge. Income.. bottom line.. signups..conversions.. that's what I watch.
