#1 looks more unique. but needs the pricing table/offers/guarantees from #2.
#1 looks better, but does not compel me to buy, #2 does... but only because #1 doesn't have "deals" or specials on front page.
#1 has impact but gives me no reason to explore further.
find some way to merge them perhaps.
