it may have been voluntary at one point, but its been going on almost* every night since i was a baby, which turned it into my way of falling asleep, i believe it may have to do with i am never tired, so i would have to wear myself out, and to do so while laying down, i would bounce my head. im unsure, i dont think i do it while i sleep, its mainly before i goto bed, and it hasnt been everynight, it has cut down alot in the last few years, but i still just cant shake it.


i do sometimes wake up doing it though, but that has become rare.

its only when i lay on my chest though, obvious fix would be to sleep on my side (i cannot sleep on my back... dont know why) but the problem is i will just roll over on to my chest. i tried to sleep all sorts of ways, and i always wind back up on my chest. damn me
