you are better off renting some cheap appartement now till you can afford to BUY a house
that house is 350K if you make a decent living ( at least 10k a month) you should be able to save up $6500 a month, after only three years of saving you would have like 234K and enough to buy the house with a reasonable small loan

What you pay in rent, versus what you'd pay in mortgage, tax and insurance, to live in a particular area doesn't always make renting a bad deal. And if you live in an area where the real estate prices are volatile, or the market is nearing a bubble burst or other downward factors, you can sometimes be just as well off renting as you would buying.Comment
