3 days a week you do a 10 minute workout that's so intense you can't walk for the rest of the day + the next day

12 weeks later you can jump 8-12 inches higher

I'm in the same boat. Might give it a shot, would be nice to dunk over guys instead of having to go up and under everytime

I had to wear those fuckers for volleyball for some 3 years in highschool / college for volleyball. At one point I had like a 33" vertical then add the fact I was 6'7 it was a real advantage!

yeah... i know what ya mean

i used to not even stand near the goal, i would only shoot 3's since I had no upclose game what so ever

if you do try it, look on ebay, you can get it for about 2 bucks
