Well Im here to say fuck them and we should put a stake out to watch out for these people and always share information to keep everyone safe. I dont want to deal with any of these gangster types. I dont think having a list would prevent people from getting scammed it takes seconds to get a new icq # and there is always people online that take the risk of sending a total stranger money for something that sounds too good to be true.
